——奥迪采用LMS系统加速测试效率，并为不同的汽车线开发优质的声音品质
比利时鲁文(2006年10月23日)LMS国际公司宣布奥迪公司成功采用LMS Test.Lab用于NVH测试和工程应用，以满足新车开发过程中越来越严格的时间限制。拥有优秀的NVH品质是奥迪公司品牌战略中的优势之一。作为LMS公司长期客户，奥迪公司用该测试系统确保新的车型拥有特殊的声音品质。经过大量的测试评定，奥迪公司决定在即将开展的50多个测试任务中，全面采用LMS Test.Lab软件包，这些都是基于LMS SCADAS III数据采集前端的试验室和现场的NVH测试任务。
奥迪公司振动噪声测试工程师，Kay Schammer先生认为，LMS测试系统最大的一个优势是在多测试任务的NVH试验中LMS Test.Lab都能够保证很高的测试效率。“采用LMS测试系统加强了我们的能力，能够处理NVH工程任务中日益增加的工作量和复杂度，以开发奥迪汽车优质的声音品质。”Schammer说。
“在一项典型的汽车试验项目中，我们仅有一辆汽车用于试验而时间又非常紧迫，安装加速度计和麦克风常需要很多时间，因此仅剩余半天时间进行试验，采集数据并分析结果。”Schammer说，“在这种情况下，时间至关重要。试验必须快速可靠的运行。不能出现错误也没有时间进行重复试验。LMS Test.Lab已经得到证实完全能够满足以上的要求。”
Schammer先生还说，所有的数据采集、分析和报告生成都集成于LMS Test.Lab，这样可以在同一的平台上进行声学、振动、结构和旋转机械试验。使用简便的图形接口具有快捷自动化特点，可以进行快速设置和数据分析。“试验进行的同时，在线显示可以让用户清楚地看到实时的试验结果，并通过彩色图，比较图，瀑布图和其他显示形式。”Schammer说，“这样，工程师们可以即刻判定测量是否有效，并能够判定问题在哪里需要进一步深入研究。”
Schammer先生认为LMS Test.Lab中的LMS PolyMAX模态参数估计解决方案是非常有效的工具。最值得一提的是基于LMS PolyMAX的模态参数自动识别工具。这一方法为工程师们节省了时间，可以在几分钟内定义共振频率而不必花费几个小时的繁琐工作来解释数据。此外，还可以根据使用者的要求分析结果。报告生成功能是另一项非常有用的功能，同样节省了很多时间，工程师们可以快速创建镶嵌有ODS动画，或其他“活”的数据的报告，这种报告可以与其他人共享，其他使用者可以浏览、交互使用这些数据，即使没有安装LMS Test.Lab。
“LMS Test.Lab的高效率比其他同类产品更能快速完成测试任务，”Schammer说，“在有限的时间内完成越来越复杂的试验，如果能在这一方面有所改进，对我们来说非常重要。LMS测试系统能够帮助我们保持声音品质标准，满足关键要求，开发更广泛的新奥迪汽车模型。”
