比利时（鲁汶）- 2008年4月29日-LMS国际公司宣布，推出NVH Observer数据库， NVH Observer是一个含有详细的车辆NVH标定信息的数据库。目前，数据库中包含了14种参考车型信息，并且计划每年增加至少8种车型。在NVH Observer数据库中, 每种车型，包括6,000个曲线图，例如频谱图、阶次图、灵敏度分析、TPA噪声贡献量、模态和双声道时域跟踪。所有的数据是由LMS工程咨询的NVH专家多年积累的。
NVH Observer提供了独特的功能，既考虑到有效地控制开发成本又兼顾到品质的提升。用户使用NVH Observer，能够控制标定试验预算，评估各种车型和更详细的数据，同时还可以节省外部研究的成本，并节省大量时间。用户利用Observer提供的时间显示，能够在世界各地方便地评估标定试验数据。专业的搜索功能与LMS Tec.Manager数据库软件相链接，能够帮助用户根据各个部门提供的数据更快更简便地评估相关数据。用户只需简单地点击鼠标，就能够浏览各种车型NVH性能的不同，这样有助于策略性地定位新车型，了解可能的概念，并支持解决方案的开发。
