From the early development stages to prototype testing
In the early stages of the development process, LMS multi-physics software LMS Imagine.Lab supports the evaluation of different transmission concepts. During the transmission engineering phase, controls can be optimized using fast and accurate transmission & vehicle models. Finally, in the transmission refinement phase, dedicated testing can shorten the time to production, either through real time HIL testing on the transmission to fine-tune the controls or through advanced testing on the vehicle to solve the remaining performance and comfort issues.
