LMS Test.Lab包含了可靠、高效和鲁棒性的控制算法,在电磁振动台或液压作动设备上安全、精确和快速地再现试验谱目标。LMS Test.Lab控制器是可配置的,以支持单通道控制和基于平均值、最小值、最大值或加权的多通道控制策略,控制频带范围从0.025Hz至20kHz。

在闭环控制中,系统整合了所有控制和测试通道的监控功能、实时数据采集、数据处理及图形化,所有通道都对试验进程和闭环控制的质量进行实时的反馈。对于持续时间较长的试验,用户能够激活自动趋势分析,包括与以往测试结果的比较,且无需中断当前的试验过程。

通过常用工业标准和LMS Test.Lab振动控制标准版试验参数定义之间的常归映射关系,试验设置得以大大简化。符合人机工程学的控制面板随时显示所有关键信息,并且提供大量的在线显示选项以及清晰的中止和过载信息。在任何时候,试验操作员都能够获得所需信息以做出正确的决策。

Smaller test margins and shrinking budgets raise the bar for verification tests on space launch vehicles. In light of these evolutions, EADS Space Transportation recently upgraded and expanded its existing LMS environmental test system to LMS Test.Lab. The LMS Test.Lab software suite supports different testing disciplines, ranging from vibration and acoustic qualification testing to modal testing and analysis.

To make sure these injection assemblies operate as planned and last their full lifetime, Bosch extensively tests these parts under extreme circumstances. Key equipment are four LMS environmental testing systems, which Bosch uses in combination with shaker systems to perform dynamic vibration measurements.
